This coffee is sourced via Raw Material, traders who see specialty coffee as a solution to improving social and environmental issues at origin. Their work on the ground aims to address volitile pricing issues that impact intergenerational poverty cycles and provide more opportunities and visibility to women in the value chain. The work in Timor Leste has been largely focussed on transitioning from ‘gathering’ to ‘‘active farming’ to invest in productivity and quality. 

We’re loving this coffee particularly as espresso, brewed black or with milk.
